Chris McKiernan is an Avila Beach local who grew up in downtown Avila and spent many of his formative years surfing, skating, fishing & riding scooters and enjoying all things “Old School Avila.” If you were there you know.
Chris has a passion for photography especially shots that include beachscape scenes, sunrises, sunsets and nature which has grown from a hobby now to a true passion.
When not spending time behind the camera, Chris works at his father’s Law Firm and enjoys time with his wife and two children, many of which are spent at the beach or doing some other sort of outdoor activity on the beautiful Central Coast.
